For our office in Rotterdam, we are looking to expand our activities with a Customer Service Representative (M/F).
40 hours | Fun international team | In the heart of Rotterdam
Mann Lines BV is part of the Mann Group, a family-owned business with offices in various ports across Europe. Our core activities include RoRo, Breakbulk, and Container services to Northern and Southern Europe. Additionally, Mann Lines has seen strong growth in its NVOCC and Forwarding activities.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
- Accepting and processing bookings.
- Preparing booking lists/loading lists/declarations for Portbase.
- Organizing transport and bookings with third parties.
- Maintaining contact with customers, colleague offices, shipping companies, stevedores, and carriers.
- Managing Bills of Lading and invoicing.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- A solid and/or relevant education and work experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- A team player who takes initiative and has a positive work attitude.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications.
